This gorgeous Grinch travelled by air to New Zealand for Christmas. The cushion was made from two fat quarters and lots of stuffing. He had to be squashed in half to travel but because he was so full of stuffing he bounced back into shape.

The Dr Suess fabric is great for items like this - bright and quirky. Very simple to make so they are perfect for teaching children or adults the basics of using a sewing machine.
